Adding fuel to a rental quote

1. When a rental quote is created the add quote details screen will automatically pop-up

2. When on an existing rental quote, navigate to the Options menu and click add quote details

3. Select the line type fuel

4. Select the fuel item

The line type fuel refers to the ability to add a fuel charge to a rental quote. The user will have the ability to add a quantity, a fuel charge and notes. The fuel items are configurable, learn how to configure these in How to manage your fuel items. This will also allow for the fuel charge to be auto-populated based on the fuel item.

If the fuel is linked to an equipment, the user can search for the equipment in the Linked To and this will group the equipment and fuel together in the rental quote details.
