Adding stock to a rental quote

1. When a rental quote is created the add quote details screen will automatically pop-up

2. When on an existing rental quote, navigate to the Options menu and click add quote details

3. Select the line type stock

The line type stock refers to having the ability to add items that you stock / parts in your branches warehouse to a rental quote. Clicking on the stock number will allow you to search for stock, and also see the quantity available in each warehouse. If a quantity is showing as 0, it will allow you to add the stock to the rental quote, however there is a workflow to check this once converted to a rental contract.

• Line Type

• Stock Number

• Quantity

• Start date/time

• Exp. off rent date/time

• Charge - The charge for stock items can be auto populated based on the retail price in the stock module

• Notes

• Linked To - This will allow you to group the stock item to an equipment line
