Welcome to the April 2024 release of Latner Software. There are many updates in this version that we hope you'll like, some of the key highlights include:
Summary of changes:
Customers can scan QR Codes and view equipment documentation online
Customers can scan QR Codes and view inspections & service history
Latner Software has a printing partner for QR Codes
Notes can be entered against equipment, which will display when a user adds the equipment to a rental contracts
Admin charges can be linked to sanitation dockets, which will add a one off charge each time a sanitation docket is completed
Additional filters have been added to equipment due for service
Transport dockets can be exported into a CSV
When taking a payment for a C.O.D customer a deposit can be taken
Deposits can be used to as payment on customer invoices
Charge days can be set against equipment classes
Transport expenses can be split into delivery & pick up when pushed into Xero & MYOB
Manual credit notes can be created
When completing a return invoice if money is owed to the customer a credit amount will be displayed, and a credit note can be created
Credit notes can be applied against a customer invoice
Users can select all and De Select All
A new activity status called not started has been added to the CRM
When setting up Xero or MYOB Account Right account codes, revenue & expense codes can be set for each branch, or for the entire company
Packages can be created with pricing on the header
equipment models can be linked stock, allowing the user to search for Stock based on compatible models
When disposing of equipment reasons can be assigned
Customer Payments can be processed with the CBA Simplify payment gateway
Daily & weekly 24 hour rates can be used, so when a contract is created the invoicing is calculated in 24 hour blocks instead of whole day billing
Users can assign when equipment is owned by another company. A percentage can be entered against the supplier and a revenue report can be generated
