April 2025

Welcome to the April 2025 release of Latner Software. We hope you had a great Easter! There are a few new features this version that we hope you like, some of the key highlights include:

Summary of changes:

Transport Lines on Sub-Hire Orders

External Transport PO lines can now be added directly onto a Sub Hire Order when creating a Delivery or Pickup for a Sub Hire Equipment Line

Work Order Expense Line Types

Expense line types can now be added to Work Orders in Latner. This can be done directly or through Purchase Order for External work.

Sub Hire Minimum Markup

The Sub Hire Markup can now be calculated when adding a Sub Hire Equipment line to a Rental Contract. A minimum markup percentage can also be enforced Globally or at an Equipment Class level.

Disputing Supplier Invoices

Disputes can now be raised against a Supplier Invoice in Latner. A Disputed Supplier Invoice can be assigned to a user to review. This will generate a Notification to allow the reviewer to investigate and approved the Disputed Supplier Inovice

Minimum Monthly Hours Rate Type

A new Hourly Rate Type ‘Minimum Hours Per Month’ has been added to Latner. This will allow charging for an Equipment based on the number of hours used throughout a single month. Meter readings for the Equipment are used directly to calculate any Additional Hours charged

Other Updates

  • Saved Credit Cards can now be made Inactive

  • Work Order Quotes can now be emailed out of Latner

  • Work Orders and Work Order Quotes has been added to the CRM Accounts Screen

  • Overdue Off Hires has been added the CRM Screen

  • An Auto-Refresh Interval has been added to the Allocation Screens to allow for automatic refresh of the data
