Summary of changes:

Manual Transport Dockets

Manual Transport Dockets can now be created from the Transport Docket Screen

New Flat Monthly Rental Rate

A new Monthly Rental Rate has been added to the system to allow for a Flat Rate between months. This can be turned on with the Allowed Rental Rate Types setting

Equipment Outstanding Issues

Users can now create outstanding issues for an Equipment from a Work Order. These issues are linked to the Equipment and can be viewed and resolved in future work orders

Auto Generate PDFs

PDFs can now be auto generated when emailing Rental Quotes, Contracts, and Invoices

Equipment Profitability Dashboard Improvements

• Life to Date calculated data has been added to the Equipment Profitability Dashboard

• The ability to download profitability data into a csv format has been added to the Dashboard

Supplier Invoices with Multiple POs

When creating a Supplier Invoice multiple Purchase Orders can be assigned

Fuel to Bill Configuration

Fuel to Bill settings have been added in to Latner to control at what stage of a contract Fuel is entered. This setting can be found under Rental Settings

Rental Day Book Detail View

The Rental Day Book Upcoming Contracts table can now be switched between a Rental Contract or Rental Contract Detail view

Other Changes

• Notes have been added onto the Equipment Models screen

• A payment button can now be included on customer invoices for Eway payments

• Users can now view stock movements in the Stock details screen

• Packages can now be added to a Rental Quote or Contract without details

  • Controlled by setting Allow Packages without Details on Quote and Contracts

• When adding Package details to a Rental Quote/Contract the Quantity Available is now visible

• Improved Quoted Search Terms

  • Search bars now accept quoted terms to allow for more specific searching. Simply wrap any spaced search string in quotes e.g. "Search Terms"

• Improvements to Mobile Return screen

  • Equipment descriptions are now shown on the Mobile Return screen

  • Quantities are pre-filled in Return confirmation for single lots

• Supplier Pricing Part Numbers

  • A Part Number can now be assigned to supplier pricing for a specific stock item. This part number can be used to search for Stock in the master table

• Work Order Day Book

  • A Work Order Day Book has been added into Latner under the Service module to help users view and manage Work Orders from a single screen
