Initial Setup
Email delivery is powered by the SendGrid API. Setup is normally completed during system launch. API keys are generated in SendGrid and securely stored in your Latner settings. Once connected, all system‑generated emails (quotes, invoices, notifications) are routed through SendGrid for reliable delivery.
Email Templates
Templates allow consistent messaging and format. Templates can be created and edited directly in the system. Each template supports placeholders (e.g., customer name, contract number, invoice total) for dynamic content.
Email Signatures
Signatures personalise emails. Signature can be configured on a company level → branch level → user level. Signatures are automatically appended to outgoing emails, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
