How to Create a Customer Invoice
Latner provides multiple ways to generate invoices, depending on the type of transaction or workflow you’re managing. This flexibility ensures that all billing scenarios are covered, from rentals to services to ad‑hoc charges.
Below are the available invoicing methods:
Rental Contract Invoice
For more details, see the Rental Department processes.
Progress Invoice bills equipment from the last Billed To date up to the newly selected Bill To date, plus any items added since the last invoice.
The Billed To date is then updated so the next invoice continues from there.
Work Order Invoice
For more details, see the Service Department processes.
