How to create a CRM activity
Go to the CRM Screen
Search for the Customer in Accounts
Is the Account in the CRM?
No
Check no Quick Filters are applied
Go to Options
Create Account
Enter in Account & Contact information
Yes
Double click the row to view the Account
View the Account Details
Go to Options
Create Activity
Is this a note (past event) or a to do (future event)?
To Do
Enter Activity Details
Set Due Date in the future and Status as In Progress
Note
Enter Activity Details
Set Due Date as today and Status as Completed
