How to create a CRM activity

  1. Go to the CRM Screen

  2. Search for the Customer in Accounts

  3. Is the Account in the CRM?

    1. No

      1. Check no Quick Filters are applied

      2. Go to Options

      3. Create Account

      4. Enter in Account & Contact information

    2. Yes

      1. Double click the row to view the Account

      2. View the Account Details

  4. Go to Options

  5. Create Activity

    1. Is this a note (past event) or a to do (future event)?

      1. To Do

        1. Enter Activity Details

        2. Set Due Date in the future and Status as In Progress

      2. Note

        1. Enter Activity Details

        2. Set Due Date as today and Status as Completed
