How to create new customer sites from a rental contract
When creating a rental contract, you may also want to add a customer site, which represents the project location. A customer site is the address where the equipment will be used, and once created, it will be saved for future rental contracts. This helps streamline contract creation for recurring projects and improves the accuracy of on-rent reporting.
By default, a Main Site is provided, which corresponds to the billing address. If you don’t wish to create a new site, you can manually override the address on the contract. However, manually entered addresses will not be saved for future use.
