How to link rental quote detail lines

Navigating to link items in a rental quote

1. When a rental quote is created the add quote details screen will automatically pop-up

2. When on an existing rental quote, navigate to the Options menu and click add quote details

3. Selecting a detail line and clicking edit will allow the user to link detail lines together

When adding details to a rental quote a user might want to link items together, this will allow customers to see what items are grouped. For example, you might want to link the delivery charge of an item to the equipment being supplied. Items can only be linked to equipment.

When adding details to a rental quote a user can select from the Linked To drop down, which will display a list of equipment. If selected, when saved it will group the items together.
