Damage wavier is a percentage charge of the rental quote detail totals. A damage wavier percentage can be configured at a global level for all customers, for specific customers and also customer sites. Learn how to configure damage wavier in How to set the damage wavier for a customer.

If no damage wavier is configured the damage wavier percentage will be set to 0%.

To edit the damage wavier percentage simply hover over the damage wavier field and click the edit pencil and enter in a new percentage. Ensure after entering the new percentage the save button is clicked.
