Summary of changes:

Users can capture the source & industry when creating a new CRM record
Sanitation pump outs can be completed at zero charge
Account Codes can be configured per branch for MYOB & Xero
Saving a default credit card when adding a payment to an invoice
Clicking on an address in mobile transport brings up the Google Maps pin
Users can revert a confirmed Purchase Order to open if nothing has been received yet
Transport, Sanitation & Admin charges can be configured per customer
Users can create a rental package with both header pricing or just detail pricing
Additional quick filters added to equipment due for service
Pop up notes can be added to equipment which is displayed when a user added the equipment to a rental contract
Users can import sub hire rental rates
Users can set equipment as not hireable, flagging equipment for internal use only
Users can generate a Pro Forma invoice
Users can deactivate a customer contact that is not the billing or site contact
Admin user can hide certain line types & rate types from users
Custom cancel and lost sales reasons can be configured
Purchase Order history is now visible against the equipment
Photos can be uploaded against equipment
When a user is returning a deposit they can now generate a payment
Customer payments can now sync to MYOB
Credit Notes can now sync with MYOB
