Mobile Returns

Users can complete a return using a mobile device or tablet. All rental contracts where the detail status is pending return, details will appear in the mobile returns app.

If an off hire is completed and a pick up docket is created, the pick up docket must be completed prior to the return appearing in the mobile returns app.

Desktop

1. Complete an Off Hire for an equipment on a rental contract

   1. A pick up docket is not created, or no pick up docket is created

2. Rental Contract detail status will now be Pending Return

Mobile

1. Open mobile returns app

2. Search and click on the rental contract you want to return

3. A line will display for each line that needs to be returned

4. Pending
