Welcome to the November 2024 release of Latner Software. There are many updates in this version that we hope you'll like, some of the key highlights include:
Summary of changes:
New Daily / Weekly Rental Rate Pricing Method
A new, simplified pricing method has been added to Latner that uses the Charge Days Per Week as the weekly days on rent. Use the setting Allowed Pricing Methods to activate
Equipment Profitability Dashboard
A new Dashboard has been added to Latner. Equipment Profitability lets you see the break down of Average Rental Rates, Costs and Revenue
Cancelling a Work Order
Open and Completed Work orders can now be cancelled in the system. Work orders that have an invoice associated with them cannot be cancelled
Email Stand Downs
Users can now email stand downs to either a Customer or Supplier
Sub Hire Work Orders
Users can now create a Work Order for Sub Hire Equipment from a Rental Contract
Improvements to Bulk Email Invoices
A new ‘Mark as Sent' option is available from the Bulk Email Invoices screen
Bulk Follow Up emails can now be sent out to customers
Download Dashboard Chart Data
The ability to Download Chart Data into CSVs has been added to various Graph/Charts throughout the system. Look for the 
button to download this data
Splitting Notes into Internal / External
Various note fields have been split into separate Internal / External fields. This creates a clear definition of what notes will be sent on PDFs to customers versus what notes are private
Incomplete status for Inspections
If an equipment is delivered without an Inspection being completed, the status of the Inspection will be set to ‘Incomplete’ (only applicable if Complete Transport with Open Inspection setting is switched on)

ABN Lookup now searchable by ABN as well as Company Name
Ability to add Payment Terms to a Supplier
Ability to add Insurance to a Supplier
Ability to Upload Files to Customer Invoices / Credit Notes
Improved Search throughout the system. Quotes can now be used to contain a search parameter
Saved payment cards can now have their use be restricted to a single Rental Contract for cash customers
Improvements to the Mobile Work Orders screen
Add an Internal Notes field to the Stock screen
Ability to view Transport Order Emails on the Transport Screen
Ability to Assign a Driver when creating a Pick Up Docket
