Initial Setup
Latner uses APITemplate to generate all system PDFs. When you first start using Latner, your environment comes pre‑loaded with our standard PDF templates so you can begin working right away.
If your business requires unique PDF template IDs, our team can configure these for you. Please contact us to discuss setup options and pricing.
Formatting PDFs
You can customise the look and feel of your PDFs by going to Security > Settings > PDF Modules. From here, you can update the formatting for the standard templates included with your system.
You can configure:
PDF theme colour
PDF logo image
PDF header content
Rental Quote / Contract / Invoice PDF filename format
Rental Quote / Contract PDF cover page
Rental Quote / Contract PDF terms and conditions
Transport Order PDF filename format
Sales Order PDF terms and conditions
