Sanitation Department

Sanitation works in a similar way to a transport docket, and drivers can complete it directly from their mobile device.

Sanitation dockets are generated on a set frequency:

• Weekly

• Fortnightly

• Every 3 weeks

• Every 4 weeks

Each docket is always linked to a specific piece of Equipment. The first docket is generated when that Equipment is placed On Rent.

The frequency is based on when the last docket was completed. For example, if a weekly docket is completed today, the next one will be scheduled for the same day next week. With this, you can be flexible with dates, especially those at random intervals.

When Equipment is Returned (or Off Hired, depending on configuration):

• Any open sanitation docket is closed and marked as complete.

• No new sanitation docket is created at the point of return.
