Sanitation Department

Sanitation works in a similar way to a transport docket, and drivers can complete it directly from their mobile device.

Sanitation dockets are generated either ad hoc or on a set frequency:

• Weekly

• Fortnightly

• Every 3 weeks

• Every 4 weeks

Each docket is always linked to a specific piece of Equipment. The first docket is generated when that Equipment is placed On Rent.

The frequency is based on when the last docket was completed. For example, if a weekly docket is completed today, the next one will be scheduled for the same day next week. In saying this, you can still be flexible with dates.

When Equipment is Returned (or Off Hired, depending on configuration):

• Any open sanitation docket will be closed and marked as complete.

• No new sanitation docket is created at the point of return.
