Searching & Quick Filters in Rental Quotes

When in the rental quote screen there will be header and detail data. Both the header & detail can be searched.

Searching

Searching can be done by using the search bar. The search can include multiple words see the below example where I have typed in 19ft, it has looked up where the class is 19ft. I can then also extend this search by doing a space any entering more text such as john holland.

Quick Filters

Combining with search you can also utilise the quick filters. The quick filters are preset and can be saved as defaults for the next time you log in. See the below example where I have clicked Quoted, My Quotes & My Branch. This will only show rental quotes in the Quoted status, quotes where I am the sales rep and rental quotes relating to my branch. Clicking the save button will keep these quick filters next time you return to the screen.
