Welcome to the September 2024 release of Latner Software. There are many updates in this version that we hope you'll like, some of the key highlights include:

Summary of changes:

Picking a date rate for equipment utilisation reporting

• When scoping the utilisation dashboard a date range can now be set, along with daily utilisation within a single month

Partially cancel off hire & returns

• When cancelling an off hire or a return users can now pick only certain lines to be cancelled, rather than cancelling the entire record. This partial cancel then splits the rows in the rental contract automatically.

Finance Integration Sync Dashboard

• A new finance integration dashboard has been created to show all of the accounting integration syncs that have failed such as invoices, payments and credit allocations.

Return Inspections for Bulk Equipment

• Automatic return inspections from a rental contract can be created for bulk equipment.

Allocate To in Equipment Due For Service

• When creating a work order from the equipment due for service screen users can choose to allocate directly to a mechanic.

Displaying the next service date when adding equipment to rental contract

• When adding equipment to a rental contract users will be prompted if the upcoming service schedule is within 14 days. The duration for the prompt can be configured. The new service date is also display on the equipment screen & the inspection screen.

PDF File Names

• When generating a PDF from the system users can configure what they want the naming convention of the file name to be.

Having a Normal Time & Call Out Price for Timesheets on Work Orders

• When adding a timesheet to a work order users can pick if they want to charge normal time or a call out, with both prices configurable against the skilled persons.
