What are each of the tabs in the rental daybook

The Rental Daybook provides a consolidated view of all rental contract information, organised into tabs that highlight items requiring attention. It serves as the central workspace for rental managers and is the primary screen from which daily rental operations should be managed.

Upcoming Contracts

Displays all upcoming reservations, with filter options for today, tomorrow, and the next 7 days.

Background colour indicators:

• White – Transport scheduled and inspection completed

• Yellow – Transport docket still to be created

• Red – Open inspection pending

Deliveries

Lists all open delivery dockets, with filters available for today, tomorrow, and the next 7 days.

Pick Ups

Lists all open pick-up dockets, with filters available for today, tomorrow, and the next 7 days.

Customer Collection

Lists all open customer collection dockets, with filters available for today, tomorrow, and the next 7 days.

Active Contracts

Displays all active rental contracts, with filters for returning today, tomorrow, and the next 7 days.

To view all active sub-hires, switch to Detail View and apply the Sub Hire quick filter.

Unreturned Off Hire

Lists all equipment that has been off-hired but not yet returned.

Overdue Off Hire

Lists all equipment where the expected off-hire date has already passed.

Overdue COD

Lists all equipment where the customer is on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis and payment is only up to today’s date.

Returned Uninvoiced

Lists all rental contracts where equipment has been returned but invoicing has not yet been completed.

Awaiting Completion

Lists all rental contracts where all equipment has been returned, but the contract has not yet been finalised.
