What Are the Tabs in the Work Order Daybook Screen

The Work Order Daybook provides a consolidated view of all work order information, organised into tabs that highlight items requiring attention. It serves as the central workspace for service managers and is the primary screen from which daily service operations should be managed.

 

Work Order Daybook Tabs

Unallocated

Shows all Work Orders that have not yet been assigned to a mechanic or supplier.


Due For Service

Lists all equipment that is due for service. New Work Orders can be created from this list.


In Progress

Displays all Work Orders where the technician has allocated, accepted, is travelling, on site, or has requested parts.


Partially Completed

Displays all Work Orders completed by the assigned technician but still awaiting Service Manager approval.


Long Running

Shows all Work Orders that have been open for more than 30 days.


Outstanding Equipment Issues

Lists all equipment with unresolved issues reported through a Work Order or directly against the equipment.
