Accessing a Daybook Screen

Daybook Screens are the day‑to‑day working areas in Latner where operational tasks are managed. They share many of the same features as Accessing a Search Screen such as links, filtering, and customisation while also providing additional tools to help you manage workflows more effectively.

Workflow Tabs

Unlike Search Screens, Daybook Screens include tabs that categorise records into stages of the workflow.

• Each tab represents a different stage or grouping, making it easier to manage tasks step‑by‑step.

• Hovering over a tab will display a description of what that tab represents.

• This structure provides a clear, organised way to track progress and manage work efficiently.

Export Options

Most Daybook Screens include a CSV export option.

• Exports are generated per tab, so you can download the data relevant to each stage of the workflow.

• This makes it easy to share or analyse information outside of Latner when needed.
