Asset Group Congiuration

Asset Groups can be setup to help categorise Assets into different groups. The group can be assigned to an Asset on the Asset Details page. Groups can be configured by navigating to Financials > Configuration > Asset Groups

Asset Configuration

Assets can be configured through individual Asset detail pages, or through the export/import module. The Asset search screen can be reached by navigating to Financials > Assets, from there an individual Asset can be selected from the search screen

The bulk Asset Export can be found and run by navigating to Security > Export & Import Data

Once the Asset export is completed, it can be downloaded, configured, and Imported to setup the Assets in Latner.

Depreciation Configuration

Depreciation Types can be setup to be able to assign a common Depreciation method/rate to many Assets. This can be set on the individual Asset Details page, as a Equipment Class default Equipment Class, or a Global default in the system settings

This can be configured by navigating to Financials > Configuration > Depreciation Types.
