How to view the detail lines on a rental quote

A rental quote is made up of two sections, header information and detail information. The header section is information relating to the customer and terms of the quote. The rental quote details are always at the bottom of the rental quote screen and display the below columns:

• Line number

  • If a multiple lines are linked, it will display the main item and the linked items. For example 1 and 1.1

  • The linked lines will display as light grey and be slightly indented

• Revision number

• Line type

• Detail status

• Item / class

• Equipment model

• Description

• Quantity

• Start date

• Expected off rent date

• Item charge

• Pricing method

• Daily rate

• Weekly rate

• Monthly rate

• Minimum charge

• Max daily hours

• Excess hours rate
