Running Depreciation

Once all Assets and Depreciation Types has been configured the Depreciation Run can be executed. This is done from the Financials > Depreciation Run screen.

There are 3 steps to the Depreciation Run:

1. Preview

   • Select the Branch and Type of Depreciation Run that you want to Run

   • The Preview button will calculate all the monthly depreciation lines and display them in table

2. Download

   • After previewed, the depreciation details can be exported to a CSV file using the Download button

3. Create

   • Once the preview has been verified, the depreciation details can be posted in Latner by clicking the Create button
